  • What is the capacity of the venue?

    Metro Event Center has a capacity of 151.

  • What do I have to do to book the venue?

    Please use this form on our contact page to inquire about booking the venue.

    For your event to be confirmed, a 50% deposit of the invoice total and a signed rental agreement is due at the time of booking.

  • What is included in the reservation?

    Every rental includes tables, chairs, wireless sound system, WiFi, bar, food prep area, fridge and freezer. Clients may choose to add on options for an additional fee.

  • Do you provide decorations?

    Metro Event Center offers add-on rental items for DIY decor as well as all-inclusive decor packages. Click here to learn more.

  • Is the venue available on holidays?

    Metro Event Center is available for rent on the following holidays for a special holiday rate of 1.5x the standard weekend rate: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Christmas Eve.

  • What is the vendor policy?

    Clients may utilize vendors of their choice.

  • Is alcohol allowed?

    Yes. Events with more than 50 guests with the inclusion of alcohol require an on-site security guard for an additional fee.

  • Is parking available at the venue?

    We have ample free on-site parking available.
